Your Cape to Cairo Safari representative will prepare and email you the booking estimate.

• Print,complete and sign the Cape to Cairo Safari Agreement.
• Fax /mail / email back to Cape to Cairo Safari.

• Print ,complete and sign the Cape to Cairo Safari Indemnity Agreement.
• Please note that  EACH person going on the safari must fill out and sign an indemnity agreement.
Fax /mail / email back to Cape to Cairo Safari.

Step 5

Complete the  Client Questionaire (PDF format)  /  Client Questionaire ( Excel format) and fax/email back to us.

Step 6

• Email us a copy of each travellers picture page of their passport.
• Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after you planned return date.
• Also make sure you have at least 6 empty pages in your passport left.

Step 7

Send us your international flight detail as soon as your have finalized your reservation.
