Upon arrival guests are welcomed and transfered by road to Kafubezi Tented Camp.Ideally located 2 hours from Johannesburg, Mabula Private Game Reserve boasts the ‘Big Five’, malaria free private game reserve of 30,000 acres.

Offering spectacular golden plains, breathtaking sunsets and Big 5 game viewing - "Place of the Giant Eagle Owl", is the ideal location for a starry-eyed getaway. Discreetly tucked away in the tree line on the edge of the magnificent Mvubu plain, the tented Safari Camp pampers its guests in five luxury canvas tents, where romantic oil lamps and home prepared meals served in the thatched Lapa add to this unique 'Out of Africa' experience.
Game viewing is at its best against a backdrop of rivers, streams and stretches of open vistas. Mammal species include big game such as elephant, lion, white and black rhino, hippo, leopard and buffalo. African python and the Nile crocodile are also resident in the reserve which is a birdwatchers’ paradise as well.

Black Rhino Game Lodge boasts 10 very spacious and luxuriously appointed free-standing bedroom suites to ensure that you will go wild in style. Each comfortable air-conditioned suite offers a T.V., hot beverage facility, and private patio that opens out into the bush. The designer bathroom opens out onto a totally secluded outdoor shower. In addition, there is a small central entertainment area comprising a boma, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining and covered patio with a plunge pool.

Day 5
Travel to a place of legend and myth, a place where it is possible to live like a king in a palace. Here you can float over endless landscapes watching the sun rise, experience Mother Nature as she is meant to be in the Pilanesberg National Park, or simply lounge around the pool whilst sipping a cocktail.

Day at leisure at Black Rhino Game Lodge - Game drives, pictures & sundowners!

Morning breakfast is followed by a road transfer back to Johannesburg.
